Telecommuting may begin after 3 to 6 month training period
Summary
Responds to incoming telephone inquiries from members or providers regarding
verification of coverage and benefits. Utilizes effective communication skills to
assist and provide complete and accurate information. Works independently
with periodic supervision to monitor performance. Refers unusual or complex
problems to Senior Representatives when necessary.
Duties Include...
• Responds to telephone inquires from members, hospital doctors and other
providers concerning verification of coverage and benefits. Provides information
concerning the completion of forms and submission of claims.
