Part Time Work From Home Position

If you are a team player, hard-working, enthusiastic, and have a 
good attitude, then a career as a National Sales and Reservations 
member is for you. As a remote team member you will receive incoming 
calls from customers calling specific U-Haul moving centers across the 
US and Canada. Representatives answer general product/rental inquiries 
and secure/schedule reservations for U-Haul trucks, trailers, towing devices 
and storage rooms.
Representatives maintain close working relationships with U-Haul staff and 
personnel while also assisting customers with their moving and storage needs.
The Center Sales and Reservations department is open 24 hours a day, seven 
days a week. You must be able to work one weekend day each week and holidays.
We offer paid training, flexible hours, temporary positions.
Applicants should have good verbal skills, must be computer-literate with ability
 and understanding to install software applications, a clear speaking voice and 
general knowledge of United States geography is required.
**This is a work from home (WFH) position, when you telecommute from home 
you must have your own computer, a reliable cable or DSL broadband internet 
connection and you must purchase your own USB headset.**

Encounter Data Specialist - Telecommute US


Position Description

Position Summary:
Models and promotes the core values of our Medicaid customers.  The Encounter Data Specialist partners with the Encounter Manager, customer, claims operations and provider data management to implement and follow the business requirements for submitting provider claims/encounter data to state Medicaid agencies.
The Encounter Data Specialist understands how information flows across different business processes and systems and uses that information to support encounter reporting according to the State's definitions and rules. The ideal candidate would have had extensive claims processing and analytics experience.  This individual will utilize claims, provider and eligibility data knowledge to maintain encounter data quality to exceed 98% acceptance rate.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Under the guidance of the Encounter Manager this role will:
  • Implement, monitor and manage/correct behavioral health encounter data submissions on a weekly basis.
  • Produce reports, monitor results as well as report status monthly of encounter statistics.
  • Implement corrective action plans to resolve issues impacting state encounter submissions.
  • Excellent communication, time/project management, organizational, and analytical skills required.
  • Self-driven, proactive problem solver/solution oriented
